Ayurvedic medicine — deep guide

Ayurveda — India's classical medical system, perhaps five thousand years old — understands health as the dynamic balance of three biological forces (doshas) that govern metabolism, structure, and movement in the body, using diet, herbs, lifestyle, seasonal rhythms, and cleansing practices to maintain or restore that balance. It is not a museum piece but a living clinical tradition practiced by trained physicians across South Asia and increasingly worldwide. Where it excels most is in its granular attention to constitution, seasons, digestion, and the long-term consequences of daily habits — areas where Western medicine remains relatively thin.
