Ear nose and throat health

The ears, nose, and throat form a continuous system — anatomically connected and functionally interdependent — with implications for hearing, balance, breathing, speech, and immune defense. Chronic conditions in this system (sinusitis, otitis media, tonsil inflammation, hearing loss) are among the most common medical complaints globally and often reflect patterns of immune health, environmental exposure, and structural anatomy. Protecting hearing in particular is a longevity investment that most people neglect until the damage is irreversible.
