Eating disorders — all presentations

Eating disorders are complex conditions in which the mind's relationship to the body, food, and control becomes a primary site of psychological distress. Whether expressed as restriction, purging, or compulsive eating, each presentation involves the body becoming the arena where deeper questions of safety, worth, and agency are enacted. Full recovery requires attending to physiological, psychological, relational, and often cultural dimensions simultaneously.
