Return: The Cycle of Completion and Renewal

Laozi teaches that all things return, completing cycles and renewing from source. Nothing maintains its form forever; completion always contains the seed of renewal. For organizations and individuals anticipating futures, this means releasing the delusion of permanent growth and status. Strategic anticipation must integrate the reality of cycles: seasons of expansion and contraction, growth and dissolution, youth and age.
