Can we build this without a big team or budget?

You and your pod keep circling the same excuse: not enough people, not enough money, and doubt that the machine can fill either hole. Say it plainly. You are waiting for conditions that flatter you before you begin. No one is coming to hand you a bigger team. The budget you want may never arrive. Meanwhile the tools sitting in front of you can draft, code, research, and organize faster than the staff you're imagining. You have not tested them honestly — you have used the lack of a team as cover for not testing them at all. This is not a resource problem. It is a starting problem. The gap between where your pod is and where a funded company would be is smaller than you think, and most of it closes the day you stop planning around its absence and start working inside it.
