I can run the routes now—why do signals still catch me out?

You can drive the route with your eyes half closed. That was never the real test, and you know it. The real test is what happens when three things move at once and someone is waiting on your decision. Your pod sees this too. They watch you handle the easy stretch with confidence, then tense at the intersection, the merge, the sudden change. This is not a secret weakness. It is the next layer of the same job, and it is shared by everyone at your stage. Stop treating hesitation at a signal as proof you are not ready.
