The AI shows exactly what we did. What does our judgment add?

For years, your judgment was invisible. It was just how you did things — nobody asked you to explain it, so you never had to. Now the AI has modeled the pattern, and the pattern has a shape you can see. That is not an attack on you. That is the truth becoming visible. Your pod feels this together now, not just you against the machine. Each person's calls are laid bare next to the model's calls, and next to each other's. This is uncomfortable, because comparison always is. But comparison is also the only way any of you finds out what is real and what was habit wearing the costume of skill. The question is not whether the AI is smarter. It may be, on the narrow thing it measures. The question is whether you can stand next to your decision and say why you made it — out loud, to people who can push back. If you can, your judgment has weight. If you cannot, you were never really deciding. You were guessing, and calling it authority.
