Knowledge + Guidance

Why can't I get enough nature into my daily life?

You know what restores you. You said it yourself — nature. This is not a mystery to solve. This is a practice to build, the way you build the habit of washing dishes or locking the door. Here is the honest part: knowing and doing live in different rooms. You can know the way to the river and still not walk there. This is not a failing in you. It is simply what happens when a good thing has no place set for it in the day. So we stop asking 'why don't I do it' and start asking 'what is the smallest true version of it I can do today, with someone else knowing I did it.' That is the whole work.

The person already has the insight; what's needed is a structure and accountability to close the knowing-doing gap, so guidance dominates.

What’s really going on

You already know the medicine. What's missing is not information, it's practice — small, daily, done with others so it sticks. Stop waiting for the mountain. Bring nature down to the size of your actual day: a window, five minutes, bare feet on grass. Do it with your pod so no one forgets.

A moveWith your pod, name the smallest daily dose of nature you'll each actually do — five minutes outside, a plant on the desk, one open window during lunch.
A movePick one fixed time of day for it and tell your pod that time, out loud.
A moveEach day, report to your group in one line: done, or not done. No explaining. Just the fact.
A moveOnce a week, walk or sit outside together as a pod, even for ten minutes, even in a parking lot with one tree.
A moveWhen you miss a day, don't punish it — just return the next day, the way you'd wipe a counter again after it gets dirty.
