Why does no one notice the work that holds everything together?

You keep the office running. Deadlines meet themselves. Conflicts get solved before anyone calls them conflicts. No one asks how, because nothing ever breaks. This is your doing, and it is real work. The tiredness is not about praise. It is about carrying weight alone while everyone believes there is no weight at all. That is not humility. That is a system you built, and you built it well enough to disappear inside it. You did not choose invisibility because you are weak. You chose it because it worked. Now choose differently.
